We recently celebrated our niece's (my younger brother's baby daughter) full moon with a gathering among families and friends.
Can't imagine we are uncle and aunty now. It sounds gross what our neice would call us in Cantonese (I'll be called 'Tai Pak' and Rebecca will called 'Tai Pak Leong'. We told the parents that we would rather stick to English which sounds so much nicer, Uncle Kenny and Aunty Rebecca. Besides the foods, we had the opportunity to meet up with some relatives whom we can only meet either on festival sessions or gatherings like this.
We would like to warmly welcome our new additional member to the Seow family, Seow Zou Ee. We love you very much :).

heheheh
The trouble with English is it's 'too loose'.
The trouble with Chinese is it can get 'too complicated'.
